Thanks for adding me as a Jazz Guitar friend. I play electric and acoustic guitar. My guitars are: gibson 335, a montreal, a Fender Strat, a Gibson flat top and a Breedlove acoustic. i really like my THD Flexi-50 amp for electric jazz guitar playing.

Dan what instruments do you play? Also can you recommend some educational resources for me to study and improve my jazz guitar playing?

I've got a question for you. Do you know any professional jazz players that use an 8 string electric jazz guitar? If so, who are these players and what guitars are they playing? These would be good questions for the members of Jazz Guitar NY to answer too.

I was lucky enough for meeting him in L.A. in March 2007, and for having the opportunity of hanging with him in Argentina, Nov 2008....when he came with my friend Sid Jacobs..
