Hi Paul,
glad to be in touch! I play archtop guitars. My favorite one is a Michelutti, handmade in Italy for me by friend/luthier Carlos Michelutti. Own also a pretty headless handmade by him (solid body with aur chambers, sounds great!).
Other guitars I usually play are also handmade: "González & Malarino" (it was actually my signature model but didn't work as good as they expected, I mean, comercially) and a new one by luthier Germán Aprile, both handmade in Argentina.
After many years of tendonitus, I'm coming back to play (slowly) some classical guitar stuff, trying to get my left hand/arm tendons used again to nylon.....so I got one and I'm checking some luthiers in my area.
My favorite amp setting is an Acoustic Image head (Clarus I) in combination with Raezer's Edge speaker cabinet (NY8ER).
I'm endorser of Acoustic Image, Raezer's Edge, Michelutti Guitars, Aprile Guitars, and Tomastik-Infeld.

The only one I can think of by now, is Charlie Hunter, but probably guys living in NY can tell you a lot more about him than me. I saw him playing in my hometown in Argentina, many years ago.
Take care,
Daniel
