Who are you (just a short description will do here)
Jason Shadrick is a guitarist with over 10 years of teaching, performing, and recording experience. Jason is director of sales and artist relations for the National Guitar Workshop and is a member of the International Association for Jazz Education. He has shared the stage with such musicians as Peter Erskine, Bobby Shew, Jerry Bergonzi, Maria Schneider, Denis DiBlasio, Cuong Vu, and Clark Terry. Jason is well versed in all styles of playing and teaching, including jazz, blues, country, rock, and pop. He is equally skilled in theory, ear training, and sight reading, and is comfortable with all ages and genders of students. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business from Minnesota State University and a master’s degree in Jazz Pedagogy at the University of Northern Iowa.
